Your customer list is your business. We treat it that way.
VrixPool is built so your records stay inside your organization and each role only sees what it needs.
Tenant-scoped data
Your company's records are isolated to your organization.
Role-based permissions
Owners, office staff, and technicians get different levels of access.
Encrypted in transit
Access to the application is served over HTTPS.
Payments via processors
Card payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout rather than in-app card entry.
Who can see what
- Owners and admins see operational and financial reporting
- Office roles work with customers, scheduling, and billing
- Technicians see their assigned stops and visit records
- Access is granted and removed by your administrators

Certifications and audits — pending confirmation
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications. If and when a formal audit is completed, it will be documented on this page with its date and scope.
What we store and why
VrixPool holds the operational records your business creates: customers and service addresses, pool and equipment details, schedules, visit records, repairs and estimates, invoices, and recorded expenses.
- Records belong to your organization, not to individual users
- Removing a user removes their access, not your history
- We do not sell your customer list or your operational data
How money moves
Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe. Customers pay through Stripe-hosted checkout rather than entering card details inside VrixPool, so card data is handled by the processor.
- Stripe-hosted checkout for card and ACH
- HighLevel payment rail support
- Payments collected offline can be recorded manually
- Stripe's processing fees are separate from VrixPool's 0.5% fee
Responsible disclosure
