Most pool companies run on a mix of spreadsheets, group texts, paper route sheets, and one person who remembers everything. It works until it does not — until a tech leaves, a customer disputes a visit, or a repair sits for three weeks waiting on an approval nobody wrote down.
VrixPool was built to replace that patchwork with one connected system: customers and pools, recurring schedules and routes, technician visit records, repairs and estimates, invoicing and payments, and the reporting an owner needs to see the whole picture.
We also decided the pricing should not get in the way. VrixPool is free to use — $0 per month, with a 0.5% fee on eligible transactions recorded in the platform. You should be able to try real software on real routes without signing a contract first.
